• Our office personnel will be courteous, friendly and helpful when booking your conveyance or tour; 
• Observe all federal, state and local highway laws and regulations regardless of company benefit or profit;

Your concerns will be addressed within seventy two (72) hours from the receipt of your written (faxed, mailed or emailed) detailed notification.
