If you are a K-12 school the bus and driver must be SPAB certified even for a local shuttle. Especially with shuttles, drive times and on duty times are critical to maintain. It becomes very easy to go over legal limits for driving and on duty time when drivers are constantly stopping and waiting all the time. Always be careful to remember the deadhead times for the drivers to and from their terminals.
