![]() Of all the complexities involved in the operations of charter bus and motorcoach companies, the most important responsibility is to client Safety. At AskVanGo we take this responsibility very seriously. To that end, the AskVanGo maintenance team applies the most rigorous and up-to-date standards readily available within the charter bus and motorcoach industry. Unlike most bus carriers that inspect their vehicles every 45-days without regard for mileage (Federal standard), VanGo inspects its entire fleet of motor coaches, buses, entertainer buses, mini buses, vans, limousines, sedans and town cars at 3,000 mile intervals or 30-days, whichever comes first. This higher standard is only required in the State of California for School Pupil Activity Bus (SPAB) certified transportation. At AskVanGo, we believe that regardless of whether students, adults or seniors are riding in our buses, all are deserving of the same high standard for safety and piece of mind. As a consumer you should always ask yourself the simple question; how can one Bus Company’s price be so significantly different from anothers? The answer is self-evident. Somewhere, the discounted carrier is cutting corners. Whether it's in the older motor coach, bus or entertainer bus they operate (which requires additional maintenance dollars due to age), allowing the extra trip on balding tires, or allocating fewer dollars for their preventative maintenance program, (i.e., supplies, services or frequency of service) one way or another the up-keep and maintenance is more than likely being short-changed. AskVanGo "The Art of Transportation" says… never shortchange safety for a few dollars in savings. Always check bus carrier safety records before making your decision. VanGo proudly displays all of our Federal, State and local inspection reports on our School Service (SPAB) Page. |
